Winter season is indoor competition season. Lighter, more explosive weight training and throwing prepares athletes for peak performance. Our winter season concludes as spring begins, setting our athletes up for success in outdoor season.

We are searching for meets to attend during the spring. We will be participating in USATF Junior Olympic meets. Stay tuned for updates!

Summer Season 2020
Dates TBD

The primary focus in summer training is significant technical corrections/adjustments, with a secondary focus on throws-specific strength and mobility. Practice will take place both outdoors and at the indoor facility. Meets are optional but encouraged, with regular all-comers meets taking place every Wednesday.
